Founding Directors
Rajarshi Dey Sarkar
Co-Founder & DirectorRajarshi Dey Sarkar is a pharma professional & business leader with strong growth & innovative mindset. He believes in driving patient centric, sustainable & value driven business while improving access to care. Rajarshi believes in the strength of people to achieve ambitious goals. Rajarshi graduated in science from Kolkata and post graduated in Business Management from MERI New Delhi & is also an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He has professional experience of more than 25 years and worked across companies like Panacea Biotech, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Novo Nordisk & Emcure Pharmaceuticals in senior leadership roles He has worked across different therapy areas & has experience of working in India, Bangladesh, Myanmar etc . He was the Vice President & General Manager of Novo Nordisk in Bangladesh and worked for the International Business Team in Emcure for a brief period as Director. Rajarshi believes India is set to become the Pharmacy of the World and wishes to be an impactful contributor in this journey and therefore undertook the noble initiative to Launch APC Biotech Pvt Limited from Kolkata along with his former colleague. Outside of work -Rajarshi is passionate about sports, nature, wildlife & voluntary Blood donation. He loves reading & is an active member of Rotary Club and other social organisations.
Paramsher Singh
Co-Founder & DirectorParamsher Singh is a seasoned pharmaceutical leader with over 28 years of progressive experience across South Asia and Southeast Asia, including India (with a specialized focus on North and East India) Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos & Maldives. Having built his career across industry giants - Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Abbott & Novo Nordisk. He has risen through the ranks from Medical Representative to Country Manager, demonstrating an exceptional ability to lead high-performing teams, drive market penetration, and deliver sustained revenue growth in both established and emerging markets. His therapeutic expertise spans Diabetes, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Gynaecology & Surgery equipping him with a broad clinical and commercial perspective rarely found in a single leader. Paramsher holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Dibrugarh University and an Executive MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, Greece & has been recognized multiple times as top-performer. A strategic thinker with a deep commitment to ethics, compliance & people development .He founded APC Biotech along with his former colleague and brings decades of market expertise & leadership philosophy rooted in integrity, collaboration & the drive to secure better healthcare outcomes across the region.
